We will share, listen, and support eachother with open hearts, holding space for each other with kindness and tenderness. There will be a mini heart opening meditation, a healing soundbath, and we will incorporate light movement and essential oils to deepen our healing and allow our mind, body and souls to be nourished. It is our intention that this circle will leave you feeling loved and supported ~ because you are.
